I’ve been wish listing some goodies and filling my cart with some fun materials to use with my students during the month of December. I thought I would share what I’ll be using and also a few products that I am buying tomorrow during the sale (28% off)! WHOO HOO!
I love reindeer themes and I’ll be using my Rudolph book the first week of December. This book is perfect for targeting so many language building skills. This interactive book comes with matching pieces, WH question cards, memory/bingo boards, AAC/PECS pictures to use with assistive technology devices for non-verbal students, a simple coloring/writing page and more! Find out what happens when Rudolph helps decorate the Christmas tree and in his excitement, his nose changes lots of different colors!
The next thing I’ll be using is my Elf Elf NOT on a Shelf book and language packet. This cute story targets spatial concepts and comes with lots of extras for a complete language circle lesson!
Another fun favorite of my students is my Elfie Elfie Take a Selfie! Lots of fun and language will be going on with this funny book and language packet!
My students love using holiday themed worksheets and Renee from Keeping Speech Simple has some of the best! Many of my students do not yet read or have difficulty reading and that’s why I LOVE her worksheets because they have black & white coloring pictures that always keep my students engaged!
Another fun product I’m getting is from Speech Dreams. I love her craftivity materials and so do my students! Check out her Santa Speech Beard Craftivity to use while working on speech sound drills. How fun is this!!
Because my students are always working on language and critical thinking skills, Kristin from Kiwi Speech has a great winter product. Her flip books always do the job and focus on answering so many great questions, while getting my students to use their brains and THINK!
I hope this little blog will give you some good ideas for the TpT sale on Monday and Tuesday. Happy Shopping and Happy Holidays! Monae 🙂
